Inside Sales and Customer Service

At Mid Iowa Tools, we regard the ISCS role as one of the most important in our organization. We'll ensure you receive extensive ongoing training and provide you with solid feedback and support to help you reach your goals. This is a wonderful opportunity for a strong customer service candidate with good computer skills and some knowledge of industrial products.

As an MIT ISCS, you will play an active role in the success of the Company. You'll join a team serving loyal, long-term customers, partner with our Account Managers, Operations Team, and manufacturer partners to provide excellent service to our customers.
While the majority of your interactions will take place over the phone, this is not a call center environment but rather a service and distribution center.

Use your customer service skills and mechanical aptitude to:
•Help customers get the products they need
•Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research and recommend products
•Provide quotes
•Take orders
•Provide post order service

Job Requirements
•1 yr of customer service experience
•Experience working in a warehouse
•Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
•Strong computer skills
